ShoppingUSA LLC provides customers with a US address and creates for each a unique ID number - called "Suite ID" - for delivery and organization of purchases from online stores in the United States and worldwide. Purchases are received, photographed and registered in the user account for free. Through the modern and intuitive control panel the user administers and requests the sending of his purchases with a simple click.   How to use this service? The first step is to register for free on the ShoppingUSA LLC website. Once registered, the user is able to make purchases at any store in the United States and in the world, sending their purchases to the address of ShoppingUSA LLC. After making purchases, the user must include in his dashboard the tracking code of the package to be received by ShoppingUSA LLC. Our team will receive your purchases and register them in your ShoppingUSA account, providing photos + weight of each item for free within 48 hours after receiving them. All your purchases will be available in the "My Suite" tab in the dashboard. From there, you can request shipping whenever you want, selecting the products, quantities, shipping mode, services and options you want. You will make the payment and within 48 hours you will receive the tracking code to follow your package until the final delivery.

ShoppingUSA also offers the Purchese Assisted  service, serving users who do not have international payments or who are having difficulties to make purchases or even have their orders canceled in specific online stores. In this mode ShoppingUSA LLC will do the shopping for you! How to use this service? The first step is to do the free registration on the website of ShoppingUSA LLC, once you have registered, the user is able to request Assisted Shopping. Log in to your ShoppingUSA account> click Assisted Purchase. Fill in the requested fields: description / product title, product link - remember that it must be US online stores -, quantity desired, color / size - if necessary - and the respective value that is being sold, in dollar. If you want to add more products to your budget, click "Add Item" and repeat the process. The ShoppingUSA system will automatically calculate for you an estimate of the total cost of your assisted purchase. If you really want to make this purchase, click on the "Next" button> "Request Budget". Our team will receive your request and you will be notified by email once the budget is finalized. After that, simply access "Orders & Shipments" and pay for your assisted purchase. After confirmation of payment our team will effect your purchase and as soon as the products are delivered to the ShoppingUSA deposit, will be registered in your account, with photos + weight of each of the items for free within 48 hours after receipt. All your purchases will be available under the "My Suite" tab on your dashboard. From there, you can request shipping whenever you want, selecting the products, quantities, freight mode, services and options you want. You will make the payment and within 48 hours you will receive the tracking code to accompany your package until the final delivery.

Shipping Method

First Class: This shipping method accepts only boxes with a maximum weight of 4lbs (1.8kg), DOES NOT have insurance under the merchandise (s) and the tracking is NOT accurate / detailed. The delivery time at the final destination is on average from 20 to 90 days. Priority Mail: This is the most used shipping method for ShoppingUSA users. It has included free merchandise insurance of up to $ 200.00 and also the option of total insurance, under the declared value¹. It also has detailed tracking from posting to delivery to the final address. The average delivery time promised by the USPS in your country ranges from 4 to 8 business days (example: from the US to Brazil, not until the final address). Take into consideration, within this deadline, the delivery time at your address by the postal service in your country. Any delays after delivery of the box in the country of destination is the sole responsibility of the local postal service (example: Brazil - Post Office). Priority Mail Express: This method of sending has the same characteristics of Priority Mail mode, what differs them is the faster delivery in the country of destination. It has precise / detailed tracking, included free merchandise insurance - up to $ 200.00 - and total insurance option, under declared value¹. Express delivery promised by USPS in this mode is from US to destination country - not until the final address, keep that in mind. Any delays after delivery of the box in the country of destination is the sole responsibility of the local postal service (example: Brazil - Post Office). Attention! The USPS does not accept boxes with dimensions over 2 meters, being the sum of the circumference of the box + height. If it exceeds 2 meters, it may even be sent, but it risks being returned to ShoppingUSA. So make sure the product you want to import does not exceed the allowed limit. ¹ The cost of total insurance on the merchandise is 3% under the declared value. For example, insurance for a shipment whose customs declaration is $ 399.00 total, the insurance fee will be $ 11.97. The insurance will cover exactly the declared value! * Freight costs are charged by the American Postal Company - USPS.
